Welcome 2024 Junior Fair Exhibitors!!
 
Please read the following information completely before proceeding
 
Important Information
1. All exhibitors are rolled over from the 2022 year.  If an exhibitor is a first year you will need to create a new account.  If you do not remember your password please contact Britta.fenstermaker@hancockfairgrounds.org , DO NOT create a new account if you do not remember your password!
2. How a name is entered during the entry process is how the name will be displayed on exhibitor cards, reports and sale info. Additionally when entering parents names, please list both parents as you wish to have them listed in the sale order and other publications.   
3. Some fields will be required. Required fields are bolded.
4. You are responsible for knowing and following all posted rules and regulations of the departments you enter. Please ask for a copy of the Junior Fair premium book if you have any questions regarding the rules and regulations.
5. Hancock County Junior Fair Board will NOT be held responsible for entry errors. Please make sure ALL information is correct before completing your entry.
6. Beef, Dairy, and Sheep Departments – please include any Pen Assignment Requests in the Description field. Pen Assignment Requests will be honored at the discretion of the Department Superintendents.
7. Please call the fair office for assistance if you are unsure about any part of the online entry process.   
8. Exhibitor MUST complete a Quality Assurance to be able to bring their animal to the fair. If you have questions on QA please contact the 4-H Extension Office.  
9. All Jr Fair Animal Exhibitors and Parent/Guardian must attend a Sportsmanship clinic and sign an agreement to the terms. First year exhibitors and Parent/Guardians must attend sportsmanship clinic and sign a hard copy paper copy. Exhibitors and Parents/Guardians who have previously attend a Sportsmanship clinic are not required to attend again but must agree to the terms each year.  When completing Jr Fair Entries- each exhibitor will have to agree that they have attended a sportsmanship clinic.
 
Entry Deadline
1. Deadline for entries is to be July 26, 2024 at midnight.
2. Advisors are required to follow the July 26, 2024 at midnight deadline.
3. Up until August 5th at 5pm a $50 per entry will be charged for any entries not previously entered through the Junior Fair.
4. After August 5th at 5pm - no tolerance. No entries will be accepted.
